OnlyDate – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to OnlyDate. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OnlyDate platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By registering or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Platform Description
OnlyDate is a marketplace that allows users to offer and purchase time, talents, knowledge, and real-life experiences such as conversations, hobbies, sports activities, or skill sharing. The Platform facilitates connections but is not a party to any agreement between users.

3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide truthful profiles and descriptions of offered experiences.

  • Any illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit services are strictly prohibited.

  • Users are responsible for their own behavior during meetings and interactions.

  • All meetings arranged through the Platform are undertaken at users’ own risk.

5. Bookings and Payments

  • Users may set prices for their offered experiences.

  • All payments must be made through the Platform’s payment system.

  • The Platform acts solely as an intermediary for processing transactions.

6. Platform Fee
OnlyDate retains a 10% service fee from each transaction completed through the Platform. This fee is automatically deducted from the amount paid to the service provider. The remaining balance is transferred to the provider according to the payment schedule.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies may be set by individual providers.

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to the stated policy and after deduction of applicable fees.

  • OnlyDate reserves the right to issue refunds in cases of disputes or policy violations.

8. Ratings and Reviews
After each meeting, users may leave ratings and reviews. Reviews must be honest and respectful. The Platform reserves the right to remove content that is abusive or misleading.

9. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly forbidden:

  • Sexual services or explicit content

  • Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination

  • Fraudulent behavior or payment manipulation

  • Sharing personal contact details to avoid Platform fees

10. Limitation of Liability
OnlyDate provides a technical platform and is not responsible for user conduct, the quality of experiences, accidents, or damages arising from meetings arranged through the Platform.

11. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or harm the reputation of the Platform.

12. Privacy
User data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.

13. Changes to Terms
OnlyDate reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OnlyDate operates.
